‘Infinity’ Public Artwork /

In collaboration with the development team at Hong Kong Land, our global studio created a unique design for the Public Art. The narrative set into to our concepts was inspired by a well-known Chinese poem that describes the infinite nature of the ocean and the sky, which has been reimagined into this abstract form. It was integral to ensure the public art contributed to a strong sense of place and was well integrated into the development.

Located at the main entrance into the precinct, the sculpture has been fabricated and implemented by our expert team. Finished in mirror polished stainless steel, with a bespoke wave pattern laser cut into the surfaces, the effect creates a series of shadows and reflections which blurs the line between its surroundings. The effect is mesmerizing, delighting users from every angle and enabling a different experience during the day and into the evening.
