The Flourmill of Summer Hill /
Sydney, New South Wales

  • Client: Richard Crookes Construction
  • Type: Mixed use

Architectural features

We recently completed two architectural features for one of Sydney’s most exciting developments that has transformed a historical flour mill and silos into a thriving master-planned residential community of 360 apartments over 11 apartments blocks

The cylindrical totems represent stylised silos and stand at a striking 6 metres high. They were manufactured locally and use rolled perforated aluminium panels with a laser-cut champagne perforation.
