Our expert team have developed and implemented several key features into the grand ballroom lobby of the new Ritz Carlton Hotel. Our works included detailed design and implementation of: The iconic grand entry staircase underbelly cladding, brass handrails, stanchions and glass balustrades, 4x feature glass bead installations with over 1 million beads, 2x custom glass feature walls, and 2x feature canopies in the landscaped podium on Level 11.
Working with the architectural and construction partners, our expert team gained a deep understanding of the design intent, which we then translated into documented and engineered solutions. Each piece is custom designed utilising select fabrication methods, analysis and 3d design tools.The Blueprint was engaged as part of an early contractor involvement team providing design resolution, buildability and engineering input to match the ambitious architectural intent.
