The heritage interpretive signage is located in the heart of Quay Quarter Lanes, a new mixed-use development, being undertaken by Richard Crookes Constructions. The residential buildings feature 106 boutique apartments, perfectly complimented by a retail precinct around the new Loftus Lane, commercial office space and refurbished heritage buildings; the Gallipoli Memorial Club and Hinchcliff House.
The design ties beautifully into the architeure and fits seamlessly with the surrounding materials. Each of the heritage interpretive elements have been carefully selected to tie into the history of the site and provide a link to the past.
